Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects ; y; O, t$ w0 \
of Course Pack production.

% G3 {& y! r C* F$ k) A1 G! |3 yDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
% F& w' K5 Y% h$ T3 O1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning & [! [/ |7 Z4 ?, `
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.$ ~" {" Z+ Q9 n5 I
/ w1 f4 v+ [, m2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
* e* a# f( M5 R4 B- s7 zprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.( Z: F* z5 c/ T
; |; l6 w% d |. F( |( O3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ' L; {4 k2 g% S( Q5 q$ `
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
* s# H1 @0 n4 B M& dkeeping appropriate and accurate records.( r; l- W6 X& t A# ^) i6 N
+ X5 W1 L5 Z; z w. c8 h- q$ X' c2 }4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment $ b+ d' F; e2 ~& a1 D- T$ ~& S7 w
failures to the Operations Manager.+ k, K2 J5 C, V0 e7 c- _1 m6 R
' I4 ]- F) C' p& U: o4 ~5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

7) To perform other job related duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:* n8 B5 M6 w& p4 U( D
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent., l$ [( n, u; J2 L8 o( J
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

$ ?5 m& d1 x3 N0 N9 p/ g5 v, {" C8 G4 P6 e+ @. l
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.7 C: Y, A# E2 Y7 F& a1 Q

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.9 S# q2 G9 I k- z

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
