JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-

]# }# l7 i' z! K( L+ dSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects ; {5 b; }5 T! P$ @8 ?
of Course Pack production.

# ]+ f; i) ]. W4 |2 a: G" |DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* X- B2 p$ {5 a, E! b% Z7 z
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
7 r5 U1 }7 C$ Xof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
% J3 [7 v+ D- C- `5 e7 V1 O' d5 ]
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
: |. I h; E, M! ^print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.. U* F/ x! I# Z- N
- X7 Z' ^% M" {# T& e' H. o; W6 E
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
9 a. U: y: F/ T7 bcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and ! o( B# ?& @9 S4 w
keeping appropriate and accurate records.$ c/ k# `7 y3 ~( s+ u3 w
" W! B6 G% \3 w4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment % x0 N3 Y. ]/ m( d; T' o% F- d. Y

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 9 r% Y+ N7 g+ ~3 S( ]+ K

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
0 L% D. ?, z, Q3 R1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
4 K7 i' K2 ^7 n0 C2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication * C% v: C) ^1 S( K- @; C( T
skills.

2 ^4 y, H2 v. j( F- o& }0 ?3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.2 @" J; [& P3 w0 P

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.5 z5 Z+ ~0 N& V
) @& ^2 X/ P+ Q1 P5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
