Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 7 @$ p0 H( P5 r7 S& o# M2 K

5 s3 I. ^! k o3 TDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* {2 I/ Y8 ~2 N- f
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning I: p6 z" \% h/ ?
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.5 A9 U' N3 O% [& e! _/ B0 v+ L
2 N. m$ c- d6 I2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
+ h- }" z7 o' @8 o& jprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.6 x4 S% D$ E* q }. d5 V# K& X

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
( t0 p: H, }( b7 _3 k$ ^course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 4 X4 C4 C! |8 |6 [6 s+ J
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:/ r; t' N6 i+ O3 S
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.3 U' [; A% s6 g* c/ K T+ U) J
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication - y2 X* k- X, ]2 p5 }7 c
skills.- g" j. d$ z; B+ ]- w
" l& J/ i6 p9 ~& V# ~+ h
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.1 E9 M+ m b! K3 x, m9 X7 }1 i
* z \* z* D9 b. i- ~" }7 [3 _4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.+ q* ], G' g; h8 M

6) Experience in print industry an asset but not necessary.
