$ x! p3 b) s/ z: v) V9 P& jSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects , L- e7 ~; q7 {: T5 K) s
of Course Pack production.$ R$ i0 B8 B+ T3 } n; C5 v

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:9 o9 l7 [* e6 _% G% ~. G: L
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
5 H" ^% F( f4 p3 Q1 i: [; aof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.1 L1 j# a4 e, z1 g) x7 k
8 v O% }7 J; y/ Z2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
: [9 h8 p- l! n) j/ Uprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.. h0 E2 L' y0 u# q5 ]0 a
& x6 W, p8 U+ M
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
& n# Z, x3 @& U( Scourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
- F7 b+ d1 B4 \& skeeping appropriate and accurate records.# q) J T# {: Y, `# [3 s
! @. H/ l$ s& D2 m, R4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, . T- W+ o/ |& t7 R; f q

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication 6 d# T/ L9 q( F: f! @

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
