SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
% S0 _+ M2 H! x& C9 xSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
! Z) a- u3 ]0 w. s9 \4 n( B2 S$ Jof Course Pack production.5 M$ X4 ~# E& C5 A$ K
+ `4 J: H6 ~) T6 m2 _DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:, X$ F d4 c% I8 ^4 x
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning - Z! N H( d) M- ?
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.& w3 a0 O# g( e# _' d3 P/ E
+ m* M V9 h ?( X
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including % y! L5 G/ y. {
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.4 d& h3 f' j- W0 e
( p5 Z! X( V6 h! \# C
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 1 g! B7 [. w1 r9 ]
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and + \* ?% t$ ^" T- b0 |7 \9 n
keeping appropriate and accurate records.+ G3 m8 B9 {$ T5 S% q g

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

5 P; M8 Q# J* r2 }2 ]5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, ; y) P7 G& i1 {6 j3 w
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
