The above is the link to the job posting for a mechanical design engineer. The drafting position is not publicly posted - I just received an soliciting email from the HR. I believe that you can apply for the CAD drafting position with the same link. But you will have to indicate in the subject and your cover letter that you are applying for the drafting position. If you have some mechanical design experience and know how to use Pro-E, you will have a good chance to get, if not an offer, at least an interview.

8 ^* W/ X# t$ zIf you have at least a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and some mechanical design experience, I would encourage you to apply for the engineer position rather than the drafting position.

Yes,  I  use Pro/e in china. I have Certificate of the Drafting in Canada.
