同志们都这么沉不住气，要我说什么？

) b& e# L3 R: v5 X0 W价格437000；一月买的一个2230sqft，全新，房子两边是小路，接近8000sqft的lot,地板、瓷砖等等，460000。
7 z) V8 D+ F+ T$ ]- G这些如果是现在买需要多少钱？
* T2 V8 }8 T+ Y: I7 h# }3 v( X+ s所以今年的任务已经完成。给点余地明后年——就是我的观点。
$ P* e9 \+ s! U
/ s& e1 Q4 W: [7 Q' y如果没有第三次世界大战，大概15-20年以后，大多数edmonton居民需要花100万，才能住上一套像样的房子。
这就是经济规律。
