同志们都这么沉不住气，要我说什么？
今年二月头我卖掉我的房子的时候，全新，有地板，1843sqft
价格437000；一月买的一个2230sqft，全新，房子两边是小路，接近8000sqft的lot,地板、瓷砖等等，460000。
这些如果是现在买需要多少钱？
所以今年的任务已经完成。给点余地明后年——就是我的观点。

如果没有第三次世界大战，大概15-20年以后，大多数edmonton居民需要花100万，才能住上一套像样的房子。
这就是经济规律。

he bought the new house last year with lower price and he sale his old house this year with a good price.

觉得最近不好卖，但是房是不会大跌的，稳定下来就好了。

真是站着说话不腰疼，你以为人人都像你一样大款啊，俺也不想现在卖房，俺也想等到房子长到一百万，俺可得能坚持住啊。。

we can bet it. My guess is after 5 years, the oil price is around 30-50, the house price is almost the same of last yeasr or even lower--depents how strong the CAD is and how high the interest rate hikes
