Develop and implement retention strategies for existing membership base
¨
6 M/ S5 D3 E: aAssist in the recruitment and development of new members
¨
, P! V- y" ^" h$ JCommunicate facility information to both internal and external members; respond to feedback
¨
; O% w3 b9 \3 F, EEstablishment and maintenance of group memberships
¨
Provide leadership and support to Member Services staff
¨
" N- U- v( z7 B% Y+ EAdministrative and clerical duties related to program delivery

Qualifications:

' v5 N3 G7 h+ j% p2 _4 V+ bMarketing/Sales experience or interest

( ?$ E# @; K; z4 A& }Strong communication, writing and time management skills
' t- d+ h+ G6 ^- g# }¨
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CLASS
¨
Skilled with diverse clientele & a fast-paced work environment

First Aid and CPR certification
¨
Police Security and Child Welfare Check required
