If you want to go to UA, you probably need everything prepared as much as you have to in China.

) d: l0 M. z  J* A6 |! ]  P% m% Qthe advantage is that you can go to see the professors and coordinators of the department, give them a live and personal  impression so that you will be considered in preference of those oversea students.

( y& u1 [7 t( D+ `/ Dand also, you can submit your applications much later than those overseas students, who may suffer from visa applications.

. N. G' v( K- W. _generally speaking, there isn't too much difference in  the process of applications. you will have to go through all the steps required by the University.
