Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will

regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding./ I! H" ^2 j0 e

The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
7 K6 k7 h& X' W4 I! Q# ^attacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed" K6 z8 r' l& n' k' Z1 d
a big reduction in h.air loss.. R& W! R' ~% i; ?. |7 q9 ]

It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

where grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,

5 } C* `% ^8 w, Saggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs

If you're sweaty, just rinse your h.air with water without any

change the way you do things if you want your h.air to last. Your
/ g) N9 L) q9 f5 a/ Fh.air is different than it was when you were a teenager, so don't. o- _+ o4 ?- C+ e
dry it the same way.

Tip #5: Don't blow dry your h.air. I know, easier said than done.

If you absolutely must dry your h.air, set the temperature to cold
7 c3 @6 h( B3 Vor medium, and never pull on your h.air when drying it. While the

# H: H3 T' p, H; c$ Q% |trauma you caused it.

Tip #6: You've already read my story on Provillus, so I won't go( {' o( J% @# L5 ^/ P7 n
into it too much here. But Tips 1 through 5 are about keeping your5 y" u) g2 y! ~4 n5 ?$ \8 ^* f
h.air from falling out. Taking Provillus will help regrow h.air.9 z0 T& P/ i/ q" n
