Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will+ H. L2 h4 W, Y- O ~
say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss. It won't j! ?9 o7 `0 f
regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.4 W* j# A( }8 }- I$ s3 Q

The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from3 a0 G6 A4 h2 P* n |
attacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed0 K/ d" i3 X) f- r
a big reduction in h.air loss.

it helps you stop losing more h.air. I alternate between this" a2 f5 [) F1 Z, v5 {% i

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job( W& ] {) V/ `! q/ ?6 u
where grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,
