同问阿。我掉了百分之八十的头发，真的已经彻底秃了。 不停的验血阿，查啊查啊，查不出毛病来，我一直怀疑是水的问题，和矿泉水行不行？

Some suggestions I got online when I googled NIOXIN. I wish it will be helpful. I'll try them.

say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss.  It won't
" N- w7 G0 E) [& a3 C. Q& R+ Rregrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.
% L, |$ f, H* r5 ^1 O0 I* B' Z
4 G( w8 p; A7 C& H! ?The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
attacking your h.air follicle.  Once I started using this, I noticed
a big reduction in h.air loss.

, o( X( R& |- \) xIt's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

' m. D. J% ]2 \( e, q% K+ WTip #2:  Buy Head & Shoulders Shampoo.   I know that sounds
strange, but I use this on the days I don't use Nizoral.

* Z( U4 f; q# E  W* c' }I don't recall where I read it, but people were saying that the
( q( w( u% R& M+ ningredients in the shampoo also help with h.air loss.

5 l/ z2 e7 c* M5 {3 e  QI don't recall the ingredients at the moment and don't have the
bottle in front of me, but at worse, it's a good shampoo.  At best,
it helps you stop losing more h.air.   I alternate between this
! @  _5 W& H0 q# Y% u9 d; Hand my Nizoral shampoo.

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day.  Unless you've got a job
, z' o# u# _1 u" b3 g- Fwhere grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,
there's really no reason to wash your h.air daily.  Doing so
. W  l; h/ Y  k; maggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs
with one h.air washing.

If you're sweaty, just rinse your h.air with water without any
$ r  V; P1 \$ T- d( _scrubbing.

Then twice per week use the Nizoral shampoo and then once, maybe
twice per week, use the H&S shampoo.   The remaining days, just
7 D2 b1 O  ~4 ?rinse with water.

) t( l+ J' D; m& S# t2 lTip #4:  When you're done showering, don't vigorously dry your h.air

9 @+ i) g0 v# u- qh.air is different than it was when you were a teenager, so don't
dry it the same way.

Tip #5: Don't blow dry your h.air.  I know, easier said than done.
! U. l: n' E/ fI used to spike up my h.air and used plenty of blow drying and h.air
product.  I had to learn not to do that.

. H2 d2 q/ q( H- M* R( f/ v) kIf you absolutely must dry your h.air, set the temperature to cold
' e! P8 R6 G9 T0 X* L1 ~or medium, and never pull on your h.air when drying it.  While the

Tip #6: You've already read my story on Provillus, so I won't go
into it too much here.  But Tips 1 through 5 are about keeping your
' B# K9 y" L/ j* m" B  Ah.air from falling out.  Taking Provillus will help regrow h.air.
