同问阿。我掉了百分之八十的头发，真的已经彻底秃了。 不停的验血阿，查啊查啊，查不出毛病来，我一直怀疑是水的问题，和矿泉水行不行？

Some suggestions I got online when I googled NIOXIN. I wish it will be helpful. I'll try them.

say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss.  It won't
" y7 J, n7 ?0 b! _8 {- uregrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.
! Q  ?* ?) d0 J1 X
The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
attacking your h.air follicle.  Once I started using this, I noticed
a big reduction in h.air loss.

4 {. _6 ?  T5 y+ K( xIt's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

' a7 I$ T) ~' c" |5 e. vTip #2:  Buy Head & Shoulders Shampoo.   I know that sounds
strange, but I use this on the days I don't use Nizoral.

ingredients in the shampoo also help with h.air loss.

I don't recall the ingredients at the moment and don't have the

it helps you stop losing more h.air.   I alternate between this
and my Nizoral shampoo.

5 q( e. f: [- h+ \( ~* t0 y4 D  lwhere grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,

If you're sweaty, just rinse your h.air with water without any

Then twice per week use the Nizoral shampoo and then once, maybe
twice per week, use the H&S shampoo.   The remaining days, just
rinse with water.

with a towel like you have been doing all your life.  You need to
change the way you do things if you want your h.air to last.  Your

If you absolutely must dry your h.air, set the temperature to cold
or medium, and never pull on your h.air when drying it.  While the
h.air might not fall out then, it could fall out days later from the

Tip #6: You've already read my story on Provillus, so I won't go
into it too much here.  But Tips 1 through 5 are about keeping your
h.air from falling out.  Taking Provillus will help regrow h.air.
