Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will

, [8 E* @7 U+ M: b1 s& n2 PThe Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from k2 r1 n4 r7 u2 c* Z) O
attacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed+ ~5 U9 V: O i! m# I2 G6 J
a big reduction in h.air loss.

I don't recall the ingredients at the moment and don't have the

( S( p8 O' V) jTip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job
+ g% H5 n# C. k; C& P2 Cwhere grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,
1 z# `' h _. }& U* K! u9 a8 K! wthere's really no reason to wash your h.air daily. Doing so
) ~. E9 L) g& c. f" P/ Z; n caggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs+ N4 j( P, G0 P7 p- k9 P" B
with one h.air washing.

If you're sweaty, just rinse your h.air with water without any. q; j% [9 K5 k* {4 U
scrubbing.

Then twice per week use the Nizoral shampoo and then once, maybe

Tip #4: When you're done showering, don't vigorously dry your h.air

dry it the same way.

Tip #5: Don't blow dry your h.air. I know, easier said than done.
