Some suggestions I got online when I googled NIOXIN. I wish it will be helpful. I'll try them.

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job
, z' o# u# _1 u" b3 g- Fwhere grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air, G" Y3 V- d2 [$ O
there's really no reason to wash your h.air daily. Doing so
. W l; h/ Y k; maggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs& ~8 ?$ V4 n6 I+ C$ Y9 J* @

If you're sweaty, just rinse your h.air with water without any

Tip #5: Don't blow dry your h.air. I know, easier said than done.

Tip #6: You've already read my story on Provillus, so I won't go# j4 f1 z1 X; u. |. g) W
into it too much here. But Tips 1 through 5 are about keeping your
' B# K9 y" L/ j* m" B Ah.air from falling out. Taking Provillus will help regrow h.air.
