同问阿。我掉了百分之八十的头发，真的已经彻底秃了。 不停的验血阿，查啊查啊，查不出毛病来，我一直怀疑是水的问题，和矿泉水行不行？

Some suggestions I got online when I googled NIOXIN. I wish it will be helpful. I'll try them.

say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss.  It won't
5 v$ M' [+ e( a2 M9 S+ jregrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.

The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
# U: L0 {; P* ]8 M, Y; hattacking your h.air follicle.  Once I started using this, I noticed
# `! q3 v7 e  Y' ja big reduction in h.air loss.

It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

Tip #2:  Buy Head & Shoulders Shampoo.   I know that sounds
+ K# }9 I7 d- }3 istrange, but I use this on the days I don't use Nizoral.

I don't recall where I read it, but people were saying that the
ingredients in the shampoo also help with h.air loss.

I don't recall the ingredients at the moment and don't have the
bottle in front of me, but at worse, it's a good shampoo.  At best,
it helps you stop losing more h.air.   I alternate between this

where grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,
there's really no reason to wash your h.air daily.  Doing so
aggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs

& ^# }2 j& l2 p  e$ b' O
If you're sweaty, just rinse your h.air with water without any
# M; Y; P; k, Q2 N9 N, a  Bscrubbing.

5 z5 Y0 l+ X0 e. X+ DThen twice per week use the Nizoral shampoo and then once, maybe
twice per week, use the H&S shampoo.   The remaining days, just

Tip #4:  When you're done showering, don't vigorously dry your h.air
with a towel like you have been doing all your life.  You need to
change the way you do things if you want your h.air to last.  Your
h.air is different than it was when you were a teenager, so don't
dry it the same way.

Tip #5: Don't blow dry your h.air.  I know, easier said than done.
I used to spike up my h.air and used plenty of blow drying and h.air
; |( B6 l3 e' v! }  Qproduct.  I had to learn not to do that.

or medium, and never pull on your h.air when drying it.  While the

trauma you caused it.

Tip #6: You've already read my story on Provillus, so I won't go
into it too much here.  But Tips 1 through 5 are about keeping your
8 p+ Y4 h, ]2 P  L5 th.air from falling out.  Taking Provillus will help regrow h.air.
