Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will

regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.

The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
( d9 y# S! p3 P# x, `% Iattacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed: _# k& C( w* N% K ~/ a4 U7 W% ^% t
a big reduction in h.air loss.

I don't recall the ingredients at the moment and don't have the

it helps you stop losing more h.air. I alternate between this

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job

there's really no reason to wash your h.air daily. Doing so
! x$ G* S& E6 Oaggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs

h.air is different than it was when you were a teenager, so don't

Tip #5: Don't blow dry your h.air. I know, easier said than done.! K n) T9 e2 j+ k3 F7 Q
I used to spike up my h.air and used plenty of blow drying and h.air. h( h" m, {/ n
product. I had to learn not to do that.

or medium, and never pull on your h.air when drying it. While the
