Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will
& o5 ]4 Y; ~$ R5 A6 Asay it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss. It won't
0 b3 ^: A& w; q& V; E4 U* lregrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.
' G7 M: X. }/ c! a7 t1 x. G; f7 x2 V' E- |! T1 V
The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
2 u% J! J( Y) J8 l hattacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed
5 h3 F9 h: z+ K1 ca big reduction in h.air loss.

It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

Tip #2: Buy Head & Shoulders Shampoo. I know that sounds

I don't recall where I read it, but people were saying that the

where grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,

aggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs

If you're sweaty, just rinse your h.air with water without any
