经常掉很多头发。再这样下去怕要秃了  一直用潘婷。现在想换个专业的比如黑人头什么的牌子. 请问姐妹们有什么好牌子推荐？在Edmonton哪里能买到专业的防脱发洗发水...

呵呵，同问同问，可我以前在杭州时就掉头发，一直认为自己总有一天变秃头

同问阿。我掉了百分之八十的头发，真的已经彻底秃了。 不停的验血阿，查啊查啊，查不出毛病来，我一直怀疑是水的问题，和矿泉水行不行？

Some suggestions I got online when I googled NIOXIN. I wish it will be helpful. I'll try them.

Tip #1:  Buy some Nizoral shampoo.  I said it on my site and I will
say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss.  It won't
3 @. K% `! ]% D& [7 H6 Hregrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.

4 E) G" _5 m% `3 G# RThe Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
attacking your h.air follicle.  Once I started using this, I noticed
a big reduction in h.air loss.

It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

Tip #2:  Buy Head & Shoulders Shampoo.   I know that sounds
strange, but I use this on the days I don't use Nizoral.

5 r9 o2 p" }, R  m( K) K& _/ fingredients in the shampoo also help with h.air loss.

I don't recall the ingredients at the moment and don't have the
. z* c6 p4 Q, Dbottle in front of me, but at worse, it's a good shampoo.  At best,
& U+ o0 }2 D, U" t/ Mit helps you stop losing more h.air.   I alternate between this
and my Nizoral shampoo.

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day.  Unless you've got a job
where grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,
% i' W0 V, F( d8 fthere's really no reason to wash your h.air daily.  Doing so
9 t2 q. d; z: ], k0 maggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs
with one h.air washing.

If you're sweaty, just rinse your h.air with water without any
, a3 l% Z- Q5 |! ]. Y- cscrubbing.

! F! Q1 ~7 v; }) _Then twice per week use the Nizoral shampoo and then once, maybe
twice per week, use the H&S shampoo.   The remaining days, just
rinse with water.

5 u0 U5 Y4 _9 K/ p& @$ d/ O/ JTip #4:  When you're done showering, don't vigorously dry your h.air
with a towel like you have been doing all your life.  You need to
change the way you do things if you want your h.air to last.  Your
) B& [. o( q5 I  Z3 `3 [- \2 J+ th.air is different than it was when you were a teenager, so don't
& `- L2 n) p8 @dry it the same way.

- H1 Z4 ]% t& d, X' pTip #5: Don't blow dry your h.air.  I know, easier said than done.
I used to spike up my h.air and used plenty of blow drying and h.air
product.  I had to learn not to do that.

, K1 M: u/ ~+ a( M6 j4 ^If you absolutely must dry your h.air, set the temperature to cold
( x7 o2 S+ ]( ^1 d  for medium, and never pull on your h.air when drying it.  While the
