Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will

regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.

The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
5 J% H0 S4 l( Hattacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed

where grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,

If you're sweaty, just rinse your h.air with water without any% d" T- i" Z" R4 H' @- h
scrubbing.

into it too much here. But Tips 1 through 5 are about keeping your
