Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will

9 A2 A; E6 ?# ]/ B" f2 Gregrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.

The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from, Q- K6 }# E% ~! [, [; m
attacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed4 m: K% v. i. [" l/ W$ ]1 N
a big reduction in h.air loss.
& `# E, z+ ^# b' P) S* i# e+ j$ B9 a. q2 H
It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.3 q6 ?& ^) C7 N, ?" W! i

I don't recall where I read it, but people were saying that the

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job

or medium, and never pull on your h.air when drying it. While the
