Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will

regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding. V u8 v/ F# b; S0 A
" m- L W X$ Y9 f! n; JThe Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from5 ^) T) o% S( @6 J
attacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed

It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

it helps you stop losing more h.air. I alternate between this

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job

If you absolutely must dry your h.air, set the temperature to cold
