Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will

7 K3 ?. @+ g' Oregrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding./ @; _0 R8 _6 s& r
2 g) R7 d) R# g3 vThe Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from( d# ]" h. n2 O$ ?) d% Q9 y( v
attacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed
6 s5 ~' L& V, e+ c/ T# w4 m6 g% m5 na big reduction in h.air loss.

It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.

and my Nizoral shampoo.

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job
