Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will y: } _, e+ ^6 a& o
say it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss. It won't

I don't recall the ingredients at the moment and don't have the

Q$ q* E2 e7 ]# q" V( WTip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job
+ t$ C* K. A: awhere grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,

aggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs4 X: [6 j) B' x2 X, d2 m
with one h.air washing.

scrubbing.
