Some suggestions I got online when I googled NIOXIN. I wish it will be helpful. I'll try them.

Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will

regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.

2 ]; R! i: O2 E4 M* SThe Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
! l" {5 V3 N- k9 X8 N: D, Xattacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed2 a7 O& T+ N& J- Y
a big reduction in h.air loss.4 U1 ]' w8 ^9 _0 }; [7 `( W7 x
/ D' Q! N8 e; d: }3 \' k' l/ xIt's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.% u; e* ^ W; f

I don't recall where I read it, but people were saying that the

+ P0 Y( S, x1 l+ Z" {Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job; O* Y/ A5 u3 h
where grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,
- |8 j( e3 K: t) G8 J: Qthere's really no reason to wash your h.air daily. Doing so2 x& g) I2 f& j3 {- A2 s* i* |# g
aggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs
& [8 S# \% O( | M1 n# n6 pwith one h.air washing.

scrubbing.

product. I had to learn not to do that.

If you absolutely must dry your h.air, set the temperature to cold

trauma you caused it.

into it too much here. But Tips 1 through 5 are about keeping your
