Some suggestions I got online when I googled NIOXIN. I wish it will be helpful. I'll try them.

Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will

. h8 z0 |8 b. B. |regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.

. P" _6 c! a$ D! C9 M7 B+ K& _& \The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from' }- [2 U, K# K2 r/ b- c0 I2 ~6 V
attacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed% b6 w9 x- X$ m: h# c
a big reduction in h.air loss.6 r1 c L; p l. h' m+ w- ]' M

It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.$ R( t" @6 h6 e; O8 I% e& c

strange, but I use this on the days I don't use Nizoral.

bottle in front of me, but at worse, it's a good shampoo. At best,) k+ l V- h: B3 D
it helps you stop losing more h.air. I alternate between this& F- ` @# p3 a# ^. {
and my Nizoral shampoo.

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job& P9 A' E& L. A M
where grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,
7 U- S2 U! t* @; ~there's really no reason to wash your h.air daily. Doing so
- Q7 h" k# K4 r' C6 M& ^aggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs& Z9 U+ G( m+ y2 |0 w& m

If you're sweaty, just rinse your h.air with water without any% @7 j3 _) S+ G: x

Then twice per week use the Nizoral shampoo and then once, maybe

Tip #4: When you're done showering, don't vigorously dry your h.air

I used to spike up my h.air and used plenty of blow drying and h.air- x6 t; l1 A- G- ]
product. I had to learn not to do that.

h.air might not fall out then, it could fall out days later from the

into it too much here. But Tips 1 through 5 are about keeping your- O7 F5 w2 {( p
h.air from falling out. Taking Provillus will help regrow h.air.
