Some suggestions I got online when I googled NIOXIN. I wish it will be helpful. I'll try them.

Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will

regrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.

The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
( v( F' Y( S- X( l' wattacking your h.air follicle. Once I started using this, I noticed% Z8 e+ O1 T p" T0 f% h1 g
a big reduction in h.air loss.& Z. q a0 `; m' F _

It's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.+ v; y- U: \& p9 k) u, h
5 z+ }% J6 w5 D* I# CTip #2: Buy Head & Shoulders Shampoo. I know that sounds
; f7 n( O- \+ i* rstrange, but I use this on the days I don't use Nizoral.

I don't recall where I read it, but people were saying that the) A5 D7 c4 L9 M
ingredients in the shampoo also help with h.air loss.

and my Nizoral shampoo.

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job

aggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs

Tip #4: When you're done showering, don't vigorously dry your h.air

I used to spike up my h.air and used plenty of blow drying and h.air* Y3 f, m# [ q+ d8 j2 n; I: j
product. I had to learn not to do that.5 @- E9 g3 h+ b: L1 _# y$ P
# p" ^# h' P. x. q0 fIf you absolutely must dry your h.air, set the temperature to cold
9 d' w* r( |: ior medium, and never pull on your h.air when drying it. While the

trauma you caused it.
