经常掉很多头发。再这样下去怕要秃了  一直用潘婷。现在想换个专业的比如黑人头什么的牌子. 请问姐妹们有什么好牌子推荐？在Edmonton哪里能买到专业的防脱发洗发水...

呵呵，同问同问，可我以前在杭州时就掉头发，一直认为自己总有一天变秃头

同问阿。我掉了百分之八十的头发，真的已经彻底秃了。 不停的验血阿，查啊查啊，查不出毛病来，我一直怀疑是水的问题，和矿泉水行不行？

Some suggestions I got online when I googled NIOXIN. I wish it will be helpful. I'll try them.

Tip #1:  Buy some Nizoral shampoo.  I said it on my site and I will
5 S: E; ]+ s: M* H1 f& Osay it again... this stuff works for stopping h.air loss.  It won't
/ ]7 N" s: b; f; I# @0 J1 d5 \( Pregrow your h.air, but it will help with your shedding.

The Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from
5 P' R$ c) g  M8 yattacking your h.air follicle.  Once I started using this, I noticed
: g5 G! o! F/ |9 {  I3 T& ea big reduction in h.air loss.

! \- e7 V7 @# B0 y5 T1 {6 O# kIt's a cheap solution and you can find it just about anywhere.
$ x; |' j. y5 c" w' H
6 ^( z8 ~# x  e) p. wTip #2:  Buy Head & Shoulders Shampoo.   I know that sounds

ingredients in the shampoo also help with h.air loss.

I don't recall the ingredients at the moment and don't have the

it helps you stop losing more h.air.   I alternate between this
4 x7 W. I; b5 i8 k0 Vand my Nizoral shampoo.

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day.  Unless you've got a job
where grease or other material is actually getting into your h.air,
there's really no reason to wash your h.air daily.  Doing so
aggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs
with one h.air washing.

6 V: P$ s) m9 Z! y$ p5 KIf you're sweaty, just rinse your h.air with water without any
- O9 o' V/ \8 K0 M+ N$ F2 N$ Uscrubbing.

Then twice per week use the Nizoral shampoo and then once, maybe
twice per week, use the H&S shampoo.   The remaining days, just
( ?  V+ z  ?7 t( G& F! mrinse with water.

; @4 W, @* b/ i- B! Q' \4 ETip #4:  When you're done showering, don't vigorously dry your h.air
2 @* y( {" n6 @with a towel like you have been doing all your life.  You need to
change the way you do things if you want your h.air to last.  Your
h.air is different than it was when you were a teenager, so don't
dry it the same way.

3 E0 u) q0 j9 Q; R3 VTip #5: Don't blow dry your h.air.  I know, easier said than done.
I used to spike up my h.air and used plenty of blow drying and h.air
product.  I had to learn not to do that.

or medium, and never pull on your h.air when drying it.  While the

% }; l5 _+ W% h, tTip #6: You've already read my story on Provillus, so I won't go
into it too much here.  But Tips 1 through 5 are about keeping your
0 K* ~6 E$ L! H6 {h.air from falling out.  Taking Provillus will help regrow h.air.
