Tip #1: Buy some Nizoral shampoo. I said it on my site and I will

7 W1 ]1 d+ K; s3 V3 UThe Nizoral is absorbed through your scalp and blocks the DHT from

a big reduction in h.air loss.

it helps you stop losing more h.air. I alternate between this

Tip #3: Don't wash your h.air every day. Unless you've got a job

there's really no reason to wash your h.air daily. Doing so( }; _: z( u: d9 j. c% ~2 b
aggravates the h.air follicles and you might lose dozens of h.airs

If you're sweaty, just rinse your h.air with water without any
