2 Permanent Positions (1 Full-Time/1 Part-Time)

Your main responsibility will be to operate a cube van, maintain, repair and clean residential recycling depots in the City of Grande Prairie.

operate cube van                                /maintain, repair and clean recycling depots
litter pick-up                                      /snow removal
assist customers with their recycling and directing them to the proper bin location for disposal
be available to work weekends           /assist in other areas of Eco Centre operations as required

5 H( q0 U/ H7 }+ W1 _/ f( G; R5 t9 l1 ASkills and abilities required for this position include:
+ t% }+ v) X  J: Egood physical condition                   /have a valid Alberta class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract
* G  b: G& @; u- m5 ^knowledge of recycling and disposal options in Grande Prairie /certifications or the ability to attain, WHMIS and First Aid
* n  S4 w3 y- P  [: o+ _, Kability to work effectively as part of a team     /have excellent customer service skills, enjoy interacting with customers; front-line customer contact is essential to the operation

The current rate of pay is in accordance with the current C.U.P.E. collective agreement.
