20万的房子有，但数量不多，且要环境好且交通便利更难上加难，碰运气吧。

You'd better be diligent in shopping if you want to buy a highrise at this price range. A lot low-rise though. Good Location, Less than 20 years old, One-bed, you can not have all three. Have to choose amonge one of the following, not-so-good location, older than 20 years, xmaller size like a Bachelor (not a real one bedroom). Good Luck.
