请问两人共有的房产可以转在其中一人名下吗？

银行的MORTGAGE是以两个人的名义贷下款的，所以房产属于两人共有。现在想把房产的TITLE转在其中一人名下，该如何操作？找银行？找律师？一定要找以前的买房时的律师还是另找律师也可以？

Go to title office with both of you on the title and a third party as witness.

直接去就可以, I believe the title office will send info to the bank, but I suggest you contact your bank before you go the the office.
