爱城的房价,想房的该高兴了8

是想看更低价格,还是等回到2年前的价格?6 Y6 J, x2 K5 F: z! Q4 N& e4 N
! c1 K  h( u, k
最近的帖子很有趣,有人看到房价跌,验证了他们的想法,所以兴高采烈。也有人(有不少近1,2年来的)看到高房价,没能及时买房,就抱怨爱城什么都不好,。。。。。。更有甚者,油价一跌,爱城就玩玩了;资源城市没发展前途等.看一看石油没涨价前,爱城不也是一天发展吗?- e( ?7 \; e1 U3 l

9 q! v1 v3 r  Z( u2 E  T6 ^现在地区经济这么好,捞钱才是硬道理。房市中同样也不相信眼泪!

房价上涨用了10年,下降就用1个月?  {$ Z2 f2 `* j* R" t. A

" V/ k6 R% B, m4 ]短期从技术层面而言,等目前listing数量开始回落时可以考虑。

Agree, the house prices will keep dropping for a couple of years. It is not a stock market, which can rebounce quickly.1 F1 S' [' \/ v, B

The house prices will not go back the previous level due to inflation, but they can drop more than 20%.  R; \7 k; O  l# z# v! ?

爱城以前吸引人来是因为,房子便宜,工作好找。所以这一两年来了很多人。现在房子涨到这个价位。- i9 W0 X- N9 N; ^& s& E
只剩下工作好找这一点还可以留住人。但是工资不见涨。只有北部油田可以挣很多钱。我有一些在油田干活的朋友,最近身体都出了些问题。可能是加班太多的缘故。
$ }7 b" z: ~/ S0 W# V3 Q如果石油经济只能让少数人获利,那这个经济还能维持多久就可想而知了。3 H9 A; U1 z; {2 Q- T2 M# [/ T% v

5 ^  c. p% x5 j3 T# {' I  }不过有一句话,你说对了,就是趁着好时候,能多捞点就赶快多捞点。不然,过后又要后悔了。; i( ~2 W1 E. K6 @

I moved to Edmonton from another city in Alberta, and sold my house there.  Probably I can afford a half million house, but just don't think it is worth that kind of money. The interest will pay my rent. If the prices becomes more reasonable, I will consider to buy.

非常理解你的心情,拿着50万的CREDIT,买高价房子不甘心情愿。我因为房地产市场只有当前价格,没有合理价格。总体上说存在就是合理,除非要价离谱。如果有成交,也就是双方承认的合理价位,谁也不准确知道明天房价,各个房子更是千差万别。仅供参考。无论有房与否,希望你能享受生活每一天。
