爱城的房价,想房的该高兴了8

老杨团队,追求完美;客户至上,服务到位!
是想看更低价格,还是等回到2年前的价格?

) m1 h8 Q! X  B最近的帖子很有趣,有人看到房价跌,验证了他们的想法,所以兴高采烈。也有人(有不少近1,2年来的)看到高房价,没能及时买房,就抱怨爱城什么都不好,。。。。。。更有甚者,油价一跌,爱城就玩玩了;资源城市没发展前途等.看一看石油没涨价前,爱城不也是一天发展吗?" u1 U* _5 L- V2 S9 ?

9 ?/ g. f" B, i) [9 m5 v现在地区经济这么好,捞钱才是硬道理。房市中同样也不相信眼泪!

房价上涨用了10年,下降就用1个月?  n: ~, e4 y, A- o' U) n

- S& p: z1 s5 o3 j$ I# h" x短期从技术层面而言,等目前listing数量开始回落时可以考虑。

Agree, the house prices will keep dropping for a couple of years. It is not a stock market, which can rebounce quickly.

The house prices will not go back the previous level due to inflation, but they can drop more than 20%.' T  K& q, |/ L( c# a" m" m

爱城以前吸引人来是因为,房子便宜,工作好找。所以这一两年来了很多人。现在房子涨到这个价位。' K! I7 ^8 A' ]1 p) k' H
只剩下工作好找这一点还可以留住人。但是工资不见涨。只有北部油田可以挣很多钱。我有一些在油田干活的朋友,最近身体都出了些问题。可能是加班太多的缘故。: {' l1 J6 g5 [. G' o7 y# @0 q
如果石油经济只能让少数人获利,那这个经济还能维持多久就可想而知了。' ]7 _5 }) s% ?/ P3 a

6 D$ K( p2 W+ C不过有一句话,你说对了,就是趁着好时候,能多捞点就赶快多捞点。不然,过后又要后悔了。/ }/ d/ D. r7 e  b! O: y" }# ^

People can wait to buy houses when the prices keep dropping. No need to rush now.

how could you be a slave for a house now worth half a million but cost much less than 200k when you bought it??
2 }# j' ^  W! H9 K( \) othe mortgage payment should be even less than the rent you paid now. Then what's your point of selling your house and rent?

" i0 r" \9 F/ T& j) xI moved to Edmonton from another city in Alberta, and sold my house there.  Probably I can afford a half million house, but just don't think it is worth that kind of money. The interest will pay my rent. If the prices becomes more reasonable, I will consider to buy.

非常理解你的心情,拿着50万的CREDIT,买高价房子不甘心情愿。我因为房地产市场只有当前价格,没有合理价格。总体上说存在就是合理,除非要价离谱。如果有成交,也就是双方承认的合理价位,谁也不准确知道明天房价,各个房子更是千差万别。仅供参考。无论有房与否,希望你能享受生活每一天。
