爱城的房价，想房的该高兴了8

是想看更低价格，还是等回到2年前的价格？

! ^8 S- [( u% o" r, |- w" p最近的帖子很有趣，有人看到房价跌，验证了他们的想法，所以兴高采烈。也有人（有不少近1，2年来的）看到高房价，没能及时买房，就抱怨爱城什么都不好，。。。。。。更有甚者，油价一跌，爱城就玩玩了；资源城市没发展前途等.看一看石油没涨价前，爱城不也是一天发展吗？

现在地区经济这么好，捞钱才是硬道理。房市中同样也不相信眼泪！

Agree, the house prices will keep dropping for a couple of years. It is not a stock market, which can rebounce quickly.

The house prices will not go back the previous level due to inflation, but they can drop more than 20%.

爱城以前吸引人来是因为，房子便宜，工作好找。所以这一两年来了很多人。现在房子涨到这个价位。
% J6 v2 D$ x" Z! `% s只剩下工作好找这一点还可以留住人。但是工资不见涨。只有北部油田可以挣很多钱。我有一些在油田干活的朋友，最近身体都出了些问题。可能是加班太多的缘故。
# f) f9 Q# c. c  G% g* q+ @, B3 A7 L如果石油经济只能让少数人获利，那这个经济还能维持多久就可想而知了。

不过有一句话，你说对了，就是趁着好时候，能多捞点就赶快多捞点。不然，过后又要后悔了。

How could you buy a house a few years ago?
If you did buy a house, it can not be in Edmonton, then what's your point saying it here?

how could you be a slave for a house now worth half a million but cost much less than 200k when you bought it??
7 R3 A8 e5 C$ Q8 Nthe mortgage payment should be even less than the rent you paid now. Then what's your point of selling your house and rent?

I moved to Edmonton from another city in Alberta, and sold my house there.  Probably I can afford a half million house, but just don't think it is worth that kind of money. The interest will pay my rent. If the prices becomes more reasonable, I will consider to buy.

非常理解你的心情，拿着50万的CREDIT，买高价房子不甘心情愿。我因为房地产市场只有当前价格，没有合理价格。总体上说存在就是合理，除非要价离谱。如果有成交，也就是双方承认的合理价位，谁也不准确知道明天房价，各个房子更是千差万别。仅供参考。无论有房与否，希望你能享受生活每一天。
