c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
5 @2 ?1 V1 T8 z4 a7 d" rd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

4 D/ b$ ?1 [8 I9 s: A. OPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
. C# V6 T0 [+ `" P( U  G; W% ]- nPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

5 U9 P5 t$ [; O: X4 G! _$ y5 yThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
; B+ v0 g1 J  o) j3 ~(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
4 c. `. i4 @  T: N(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
