a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
! d: X% Q0 M" Qd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
! `' q! o6 k% h6 R+ oenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
9 v  o! l) u. ~0 g& x- e: _" _Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
' P: N7 S/ W$ \# H- Bintegrated system/circuit design.

(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
# W- g7 B' B) K* o0 ~  d/ F(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
6 Z+ S8 Z, g" y6 t+ A% u4 h* v(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
; W3 ?( L4 Z2 _) N; i0 N(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
