申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

Graduate Fellowships

% |" T! _% j( F5 V  X3 NPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
5 b* p' l! o. q* q' land circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
& g% q! u. u' j; a8 s5 O: S' q  RPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.
+ ^/ I( F# P6 \( z: z
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
9 J. I8 ]/ G' C6 E(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
9 p2 |9 s2 x, w. }+ R, T" H(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
0 _  Z1 U+ K* m, p1 ?( W(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
' o. K( _: {" p  F5 W- G$ o(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
