! S% i5 T8 u9 F8 dJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

# V5 |; K( K# A& m, `1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
+ t" u3 _& s* B3 f0 c8 G
2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
: \4 V5 t2 w# D4 C9 Q+ P
9 Y% e) b; l$ r  o3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.
& J, V+ t% }) ?
4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

' ]/ }) K0 _5 l  _3 x8 F" o5) Serve as cashier when required.
) X6 I. S$ C1 o: p$ Q, w  \
6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:
" b2 r- [3 I6 A2 B
' l2 X2 n! N) b: t" j$ ^- s  [1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.

7 g/ i: w, p" F( G( w8 q3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

, `% z2 H4 Y! y& D4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

* g; N4 Z. h$ P5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
