" e: \% |, {0 N& K5 aJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
, x# p- C; a( f( g2 Z" C2 M9 l
; J: }! ^, X- b1 y3 ?$ F; V2 q6 \  Z2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

/ j- U+ F6 v6 ]3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

3 f& C/ S3 o# R! D0 q( `# Y4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

  G; q4 E" Y+ J" }* A6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

% F- g1 n# B- j9 [9 H1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.

$ n4 f9 J2 P# ?7 S3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
7 ?9 J/ H% B4 g
4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

; t" X; c  h8 ]5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
