JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.



( O9 |2 O/ I* {0 Y3 o DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

4 r; O% ^+ q; m2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
! D. x- Y% I' u# x1 D& g
3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

/ O6 s( F7 `: p% T$ |. `  O4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

! n4 l+ B# J) j/ W: _5) Serve as cashier when required.

& m. L0 H5 d, W  t; m6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

1 w7 y# Z/ V3 P" J* `0 f6 H3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
