there currently is a new java devleoper position avaiable in IBM calgary for maintaining existing system potentially on new projects.
# d0 Z4 I% q7 H# d$ o" z- m. m. N- N5 zthe position is a contract position for 3 to 6 month with good potential to extend it.

here's the short description of the position.
9 E7 b, `2 ^6 W! r( a! fWork as part of the IBM team supporting our customer. Must be on site. There is no travel money available. 2 to 3 years experience in JAVA, J2EE, XML and DB2.
Nice to have exposure to Main Frame and any financial system
4 A. Z4 Q+ s: @' X( S' uMust be really good in communication within the team and with customer.
5 @/ l8 v# B7 T' Xif having experience of level 1/2 support, great.

% c9 Y1 B  E! q3 Z% \4 l% W: ythe key word would be java/j2ee/jsp/struts/commication skill/customer facing/team work/problem solving/troubleshooting/....it's a maintenance position at this time, but have potential working on projects.
