I just don't understand why is this one "超值" when it's priced above the builder's existing spec home. However, I do acknowledge that the pricing of this one is not as mad as some of the other Comfree listings.( h) ]8 p6 F2 l% f( E9 V9 i# _

I would say it's "超值" when it's 10% below the builder's price.
