烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

$ M1 w6 g( M; V• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)
3 v" {# n6 B- K( X5 S0 L• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)
2 ^0 S# q+ h" [• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
! f$ Q! r6 I, J1 g+ D3 p• 4 eggs, well beaten

+ x4 e$ m: z/ e2 CBeat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. & Z* `+ V; Z7 `5 J H0 X" s* z' s
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
$ d5 r, w2 x l* d- i% T" }6 yBake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.% O5 n1 y* S8 t
$ W% y' G5 |5 R# q这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。

检查是否烤熟的办法: 用牙签插一下cake中间,若没有什么粘在牙签上就熟了。 |
