烤蛋糕

• 1/2 cup butter

• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)

• 4 eggs, well beaten7 R |& \* P) W

7 Q: G' e2 T' U' K: o+ X+ x# ~7 yBeat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition.

+ s# i, ^/ W# D2 r! oBake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.3 P8 Y6 B0 \7 O% X

beating,要用mixer, 一般的$10左右的hand mixer 就可以。烤蛋糕,面包,或做土豆泥等都用得上。, {: ?8 @% B% H

检查是否烤熟的办法: 用牙签插一下cake中间,若没有什么粘在牙签上就熟了。 |
