烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup sugar
& D2 ?9 H) G6 P+ M2 O% _• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)5 }( D% x6 {2 Y* Z
• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)

PREPARATION:
5 K: U( j$ b& C, @3 X* e: Z# bBeat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. - S& k( e+ Y( F. l5 R
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. + p7 O: {1 K0 _. s8 B+ A) m7 |
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.9 [3 o5 u6 Z9 {6 D) @
: \% J& x3 j9 v/ y0 z/ Y) E( h2 ]这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。

检查是否烤熟的办法: 用牙签插一下cake中间,若没有什么粘在牙签上就熟了。 |
