Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
5 n( W3 w( S' b  k" rI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
5 W  b  O' E0 wWell, it is still the highest ever for my currency exchange history.
