Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
& H& P, [; P9 B+ W- L& k6 kand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
  Z* h" ?! A: D- D: T$ u9 [Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
# U: F9 k/ Z2 P4 f9 S+ cI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
