ATGCell Inc., a spin-off biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) of the
University of Alberta, is focusing on the production and service of

+ i" X: l8 A! a, ]6 d  Ltechnology, we are currently seeking a highly-motivated researcher with
strong track record in molecular and/or cellular biology and willingness

Qualified candidates should have a PhD or MS degree within 5 years or will
obtain one within 2-3 months, in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a
3 {; d' q- z+ Drelated field. Extensive experience in protein expression and purification
from bacterial or eukaryotic sources, and/or in mammalian cell culture, is
required. Familiarity with recombinant DNA techniques, including PCR, DNA
cloning and mutagenesis is also required. Prior experience in protein
over-expression in insect cells/yeast, or large-scale protein purification
is a good plus. The position requires excellent organizational skills with
the ability to work independently and multi-tasked along with keeping
5 D! o; D5 b4 {! c2 H+ Haccurate and complete research records.

This position is conditional to a successful application of external

4 o* y8 ^. q- A# a. B( `salary for the successful candidate will be 55-60K/yr depending on
