$ s. x: \% R6 g4 G6 tPosition Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering.

Skills and Abilities Required
Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.

$ s7 f2 u- V8 \+ n' ]# DPractical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting.

7 v" v: I! Q  C9 m; BHave good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.

  ~8 [* u, x0 n# h. |Ability to precisely follow written and verbal directions.

Previous industrial working experience is a great asset.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree in cell biology, biochemistry or other related areas.
