' B9 y7 r# M) U-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

* j/ [4 `+ M. ]( X* ZFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.+ F2 L! W$ ?; q, Z) O* G) ~: T

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.7 r6 o+ h. J4 W4 C, B

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

) R9 u6 f% F9 \HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

5 |* d, \" L$ h8 ~0 D& |! M5 jHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!

PS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
