Interview 1: by manager and technical leader

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

' w- u3 I8 A; O2 w6 Q8 C4 gFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.4 @9 @* C5 \( `; j3 }

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

$ A; g0 i3 ]: X3 I: l; [; HOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.4 _3 i" h$ O* {3 e( f5 K X) q

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.7 Q" _9 C; k; t1 q7 n
) E, H1 H. D9 nOne hour later, I got a reject email!
