There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous . T; X0 m3 ~) g( K1 u
enrolment and small class sizes.

The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run 8 f5 O1 j; |# F0 S2 G& I
during the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday - ( e0 x$ d# }1 a2 {+ o9 ^
there are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4
* m+ @/ {) J0 j; H B) |weeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of
! _7 ~' p" T1 eEnglish as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate
3 G. L( U9 @2 O/ ^2 y1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels _& M- m$ e. k* C5 B- ?
6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner ' B4 N" e5 E! X* @
(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by
5 w0 @9 p3 h! {+ i% sprofessional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult
! e, h& `5 m. F2 Y0 Y1 z+ c0 G! y2 GCanadians learn a second language.

classes are led by professional contracted instructors and we offer a + p: L) G+ H$ g$ K) J! ~3 G3 F3 `
variety of skill focused ESL classes in the mornings, followed by different - X! d/ z' O) [0 j3 ?% }
developmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and / G$ \0 z P7 t. {! \
Pre-TOEFL.) i! n) E/ [5 M% ?1 M) ^6 ?
/ p6 k# F/ t3 B/ U; U! W0 LIn order to register, all potential students must take our placement test -
: m# }+ l* m* w% E2 M7 P3 Eno appointment necessary. Please, allow yourself at least one hour to 3 O4 e; g' h R3 @6 ?
write the placement test and if possible, we will assess the results of your
