There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous

The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run ( j3 z0 L0 g J, [
during the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday - ' G8 I; N4 y7 T3 A
there are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4
7 [; Z0 J B% y1 z7 Yweeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of
5 \+ h% x$ P" O+ q2 S: q0 h. FEnglish as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate 2 ~, F, [# @" `$ O6 ?5 B
1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels 6 l- e- H, @, Y. _
6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner 7 { H, G# @( D1 m" D* C
(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by
5 O4 d0 u V v K* F5 B8 B; Vprofessional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult ( G( z. q# g7 I4 r2 A
Canadians learn a second language.

The CCI Program is open to citizens, residents & temporary Visa holders

through Friday, with an average class price of $300.00 (4 weeks). These ) a' z4 A7 H: e
classes are led by professional contracted instructors and we offer a
* K) X/ |% i1 H4 ?: J3 \variety of skill focused ESL classes in the mornings, followed by different + {% G* |2 \9 _9 h4 ]$ N! k
developmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and

/ c) Y T4 c# KIn order to register, all potential students must take our placement test - 8 \+ d; s: @' A. A# Q& q. G
no appointment necessary. Please, allow yourself at least one hour to : ]' n9 ]' w: z# t
write the placement test and if possible, we will assess the results of your , D5 ?' C k X; ]& T" q- j, z) v* {
test immediately and begin the registration process that same day. |
