There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous ; r6 K: R# K9 m. j$ g! ^2 {
enrolment and small class sizes.

The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run
5 }5 |# M6 `1 t+ @$ Tduring the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday - I( I& I9 N5 c, @0 y
there are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4
) x2 J+ a$ p" e, j3 cweeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of
' c x, Z6 K5 f x7 N$ aEnglish as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate 0 e' s) v ? O2 d
1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels ; T# @ g3 C; v; g! z, N5 p
6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner 9 q5 x1 O! r' F
(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by 2 V0 g, \' p5 }) P: `) I1 l M
professional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult 0 C: K! p+ \- a! {' _7 p2 c
Canadians learn a second language. ]8 H: _- w6 t: T# x8 j7 C' G1 h" e
5 R3 o$ G( O' i( k! x4 { YThe CCI Program is open to citizens, residents & temporary Visa holders
( ]/ S' p& s" B$ ?(student, work, visitor), and those classes run 9-12 and 1-4 from Monday ) L6 |& _' ^; ]4 v- c: w
through Friday, with an average class price of $300.00 (4 weeks). These 6 `0 F& `7 t& n3 y4 ^
classes are led by professional contracted instructors and we offer a
8 H& ]/ c% {1 c/ O1 y" {variety of skill focused ESL classes in the mornings, followed by different * M2 [! Q; q/ V, d1 p' j2 T
developmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and 0 n" E" k, ]: _, P0 {9 t% P
Pre-TOEFL.

In order to register, all potential students must take our placement test - / B/ J# V, f, p) g. h
no appointment necessary. Please, allow yourself at least one hour to 7 y8 }) |* t% C$ h0 }9 K9 k
write the placement test and if possible, we will assess the results of your
