There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous 9 C. q! b e0 l, }: c6 @% Z

The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run 7 d7 |* @6 v- `' [/ Y6 l
during the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday - ( F- z+ T3 u5 ?$ v7 ] e
there are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4 8 l. A" {/ Q8 b( G
weeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of
, m1 c) M; u3 r. |9 K4 G4 nEnglish as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate , ?& |; b! Y1 n
1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels ' s* M: t7 e& j3 u% b4 N- H
6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner 3 ` b* o) x/ k% E# n9 r1 m
(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by
- ^ ~& L" w/ d2 X5 Z" c( y7 Kprofessional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult

classes are led by professional contracted instructors and we offer a

B- P# n3 G) T+ a& x( M9 ?Pre-TOEFL.5 n8 w7 O3 z+ N, }+ Q+ n! i

In order to register, all potential students must take our placement test - 0 P5 Y' ~" H! |+ i$ n9 B
no appointment necessary. Please, allow yourself at least one hour to 3 G: V A# |/ Q' w0 a
write the placement test and if possible, we will assess the results of your : U/ P" M9 o) q9 ^( N
test immediately and begin the registration process that same day. |
