There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous

The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run : x; j, v3 }+ ~8 t' z
during the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday -
0 S7 I3 K! G8 i! athere are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4
& R7 Z, t# E2 `& i( C* ^* f! yweeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of 8 q1 @( R1 d* \% ]( r3 q, z! h
English as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate 4 O; h3 C1 n. f Y; L0 C
1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels 3 }* }/ R2 v% b7 j1 V. }
6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner # f! r: C' g- \4 \; g* E
(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by ; n3 s, }* n' n" o/ M; B+ f2 h# w2 w
professional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult

(student, work, visitor), and those classes run 9-12 and 1-4 from Monday

variety of skill focused ESL classes in the mornings, followed by different
# n9 `, d) J' [: ^8 V& Adevelopmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and
2 A1 `, K( @! ]Pre-TOEFL.

write the placement test and if possible, we will assess the results of your ; d. F& ~" e8 z6 z$ y& N
test immediately and begin the registration process that same day. |
