The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run 5 E7 x' L' g x8 n, H" j
during the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday - 5 }+ a+ D9 x6 Q& d5 O4 u# T
there are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4 ' K- b; P" C r8 z
weeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of
$ ~! y$ I0 c# L6 MEnglish as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate 8 G$ Y" T: D$ N0 l. f3 r% i
1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels 0 I1 j0 t0 H; v I9 g- R" f
6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner 5 B) \' b/ J" D5 M. y
(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by 7 d0 v+ u3 J1 J/ e) k7 H
professional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult / G4 }7 S# o, N
Canadians learn a second language.

variety of skill focused ESL classes in the mornings, followed by different 9 s" q& u& ?" k
developmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and

In order to register, all potential students must take our placement test -
