There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous

0 i2 X2 F6 o& n! ^+ c' J! {. Aduring the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday -
4 `* M% r9 n1 ~6 j: `) kthere are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4
( x; e9 B7 j, _* R( U) g, Gweeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of 1 \/ T( o- _6 O
English as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate / S& N/ z( o8 h& S: N3 J
1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels - A9 _7 f- X2 e1 C, q, r7 S
6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner / M( G( d% G: G7 @0 e/ H7 k/ i
(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by
, q f5 o* a: Z, P# Rprofessional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult
& h [1 o" T* Z* JCanadians learn a second language.

(student, work, visitor), and those classes run 9-12 and 1-4 from Monday ( w, g4 N6 u s( A! Q* u
through Friday, with an average class price of $300.00 (4 weeks). These

variety of skill focused ESL classes in the mornings, followed by different ' a1 M/ f4 E+ Q6 ^, _. ^
developmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and

In order to register, all potential students must take our placement test -

write the placement test and if possible, we will assess the results of your
