1:house要7-8个月,apartment要14个月。& a. U) L+ G0 L. K8 l. q; o
2:如果和新的现房比,要便宜些。自建apartment 估计要150/平尺,house要200左右。如果认真预算,省钱会省点,但不会省很多,但自己建房的最大好处,可以自己设计户型和朝向,这样算下来,还是比较不错的。2 m$ h" k$ L) E, `4 S
3:初步设计上可以自己上网找图纸,找专业朋友设计图纸,很多中国人都是搞建筑设计的,应该不难。材料选择上,我认识一个在builder做工程施工监理的,他说如果找的合适的人,可以直接和材料商打交道,能砍到啥价钱和工程量大小等有关系。但预算的钱,可以在施工前大概算出来,但风险是可能要后期追加。6 [0 n) H' A, l1 |3 g3 O
