•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
8 V3 t7 m8 P& A$ s9 w•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
9 t+ {) B* _- N! ^( t) O, i, U•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
! D' q) Y3 C# |6 s: W' t3 N6 F•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

" Z( B9 l+ X  V# {* D2 I•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
1 m* B( M; _; y$ K: t•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
) m2 ]* @: }' ^0 W/ w& b3 l•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
