: A5 G' J6 }* E- b3 D0 a9 g•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
' O1 A1 L( |! U# {2 O- ]$ B•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
: ]/ ^/ Z/ e1 H; F% q* r; I•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.

•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

5 M* ?; @8 Y3 H( I•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
5 l' X% [8 F0 e+ e6 S' {•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
! Y7 J2 Z; K3 K# d! f' Y! X•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
