( _: }- N5 _: A* @! D, [: Y•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
/ E) i8 {3 [7 b; _6 Q4 N•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
1 F( y$ [7 C) d7 v/ f•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
; X$ Y: S1 D( a! t4 ^•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
) Q- k7 a7 B2 x' {# I2 s) @•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

4 E, ^* D# ^% W% o) N' n•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
" r0 |5 h2 R+ Y# p& n•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
; |) j+ D0 }% h$ v  F- z•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
