北美菜的种类很有限,肯定比中餐菜名少,比如沙拉通常只有两种,但是各家的调料可能不同罢了。这些菜,我个人认为是有必要记住的,甚至可以自己拿来菜谱做做看。这就好比外国人不知道饺子,宫保鸡丁这样的常用菜名,和中国人唠家常的时候会不知道所以然。其他古怪的名字是外来语,来自意大利,法国,等等,这些词只能是多说多背。或者心里记成中文,现强记下来。这本身也是学习词汇的过程,只能是多练多说,没有什么捷径。
