It is very easy!

put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.- i7 N' F8 P- F2 K: e4 H, h. U
place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown.
& C9 ]6 e: M* C2 kthen, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.5 u. F6 j+ J: z/ b5 L
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
