Both "intentionally / unintentionally" and "either consciously or unconsciously" are correct!

如果用口语表达“有意”应该是：ON PURPOSE。例如：YOU SAID THAT ON PURPOSE。

个人观点，“有意”和“故意”应该是不同的吧？“有意”不一定有恶意， 但“故意”大部分是“心怀叵测，恶意居多”。
intentionally, purposely/on purpose都是“故意”.
