Dead car? Block heater and Synthetic Oil

there are a few kinds of BH that help cars start from extreme cold weather,
- k% V  J# V3 _+ Obasically ,  BH keep the car warm by heating up the oil pan-which keeps the engine oil from frozen, or by heating up the coolant/radiator, and keep the engine block warm.
Either way, the engine shall not be frozen with use of BH.

If you do not have BH on ur car, by using synthetic oil you can also prevent oil frozen from happening.
A good synthetic oil, 5w20 or 5w 30 , or 3w 20 have a pure point of -30 to -40 degrees.

if you have BH or SO, but ur car still could not be started up, and you have not checked/replaced your battary before the winter came, I bet the battary is dead.
