5 @8 |4 m2 [4 a. w. G这个地段不算好，只是交通方便而已，condo费太高是改变不了的硬伤，价格也不便宜，建议把眼光放开点，如果想在西边买比较新的condo, 应该看看Antony hendy以西的condo, 那边环境要好得多，出租房少，交通也很方便。价格和你看的差不多，condo fee 同意大小的也应在200多到300之间。http://www.mls.ca/PropertyResult ... 1&ps=10&o=A
