我想知道研究生的teach assistant和rearch assistant可以算工作经验吗？？

算，但是要是RA的话，用在自己thesis上的时间不算；所以要老板写证明信的时候要注意写明多少时间用在RA上；如果你在实验室的话，可以说有50%的时间用在实验室的管理维持上等等

It should be a formal letter
e.g.
To Whom It May Concern,

& _4 [0 n, X1 F- ~This is to confirm that XX is a graduate student and research assistant in my laboratory. He/She is currently enrolled in a AAAA program in the  department of XXX. He/She is supported by a stipend from XXX. He/She has been employed in this manner since XX. His/Her salary is XX per month.

His/Her employment is split between that of research assistant(X% time) and graduate student (X% time).

part-time 应该时间折半。比如你做了一年part time TA， 算的时候相当于半年工作经验。

我在学校做的是TA。学校录取的时候说，每周工作12个小时，一个学期按照200个小时计算。
但是，加拿大正常计算说full－time是37.5个小时。如果这样的话，那岂不是做3年TA才算一年full－time经验嘛？
这个，我真的不是很理解。不知道大家知不知道这个计算方式。

你估计的没错，按每周工作12个小时，3年多TA才算一年，
