研究生的TA/RA算工作吗？？

我想知道研究生的teach assistant和rearch assistant可以算工作经验吗？？

算，但是要是RA的话，用在自己thesis上的时间不算；所以要老板写证明信的时候要注意写明多少时间用在RA上；如果你在实验室的话，可以说有50%的时间用在实验室的管理维持上等等

就是说比如说一天有8小时工作时间，现在我做的算4小时吗？

这个证明信什么格式呢？让老板怎么写？？

part-time 应该时间折半。比如你做了一年part time TA， 算的时候相当于半年工作经验。

我在学校做的是TA。学校录取的时候说，每周工作12个小时，一个学期按照200个小时计算。
6 ?5 z" e; `0 J1 w* g* w) }9 X7 `但是，加拿大正常计算说full－time是37.5个小时。如果这样的话，那岂不是做3年TA才算一年full－time经验嘛？
这个，我真的不是很理解。不知道大家知不知道这个计算方式。
