7 Q1 l$ i, e2 q, RWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele
Responsible for specialization in workstation image management
Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers

+ Z( z4 k! K% C' |- i# C" ?3 tWorks within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
Edits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
Develops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP
  B4 Y+ L8 e1 ?0 F( @Develops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Designs, develops and implements MySQL relational databases

Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
! a1 T# h, `2 c$ fRecent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
; E& R! k/ ~( u* K9 q9 I  ^Strong analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment and under pressure
