Located in Downtown core, within 5 mins' walk to Superstore, Perterpond Shopping Center, Swimming pool; shuttle bus stops to major mine sites just around the corner.

excellent for commuter without vehicle; $800/month ($800 deposit) including basic furniture, internet, heating, water and power; shared TV in the living room.

Current renters work in the mines (Albian), so commuters and people of similar work schedule preferred. pls send me a short message.
