/ m! _8 Y5 \3 v$ c& y& O, ?The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

6 ^  _# W* j4 N: p3 S0 wHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

, O# I8 O- _( z* w, B1 q- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

3 A( N" u$ Z, J- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria

$ {+ W0 F+ z9 _" H8 J6 c, ~+ b. UAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
