The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

# O5 p/ I2 ^! V" \" S  }0 C3 _- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
& `. b$ \9 k* c7 F- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


0 ^1 U& {: v5 `  t( p* Z: k- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
* v0 h$ ^3 O) w! U2 Y- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking

% h5 P; r4 o4 B: z- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

2 Y  b7 u- M% x! q7 e0 D/ uAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
