The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

& H" U/ Q; U1 f  CHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

+ F* @* [0 q5 k8 \1 u# JPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

$ X0 J4 L0 U' K5 j) R4 ~' m= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

/ A7 t4 g+ G4 F! ]' r9 L$ z& m
- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- G7 y% u, r$ E( ~, Y( T- The return Boat fare to Victoria
$ P- Z  A6 p# n- ]& a- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

- \% d9 k& C$ f& V3 JAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
