* B$ L; f, G% |% C1 iThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
) d; L2 R% V) b- Q6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

) K& [% P2 i- N, ?Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

; l2 J! o0 K5 I, f: Q4 h= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
) k. G0 T7 G9 l$ c* B( f0 X- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

! A: S0 m+ Y9 |& v
, A8 {# z* K( y  c% ]& M- h& u- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
: C4 z  R, x$ f2 G- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

; m! }" }0 O8 |, U# `And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
