Hi, I donate to Chinese Red Cross. Because I heard that If we donate to Canada Red cross, we can get the receipt for tax deduction, but it's very slow, and they will deduct 20% - 30% for their management. So I choose Chinese Red Cross.

捐给那里都是一片爱心。

只是你的数据有些错误。他们没有收那么大比例的手续费。在另外一个帖子里，ELLE 已经解释过了。
但重要的是，如果通过加拿大红十字会捐款，政府按1:1配齐，Wild Rose可能有一部分配备金，另外，省政府也有可能加配。

& P0 F& x- f' f& |- a5 y至于到灾民手中的快慢并不重要。红十字会的人解释说，有了灾难，他们的国际救援基金立刻启动。个人和企业捐款再续。我个人认为，救援需要钱，但重建更需要。那么多人失去住所，家园，工作地方，学校，这些都更需要钱。只要我们的捐款最后到了那里就行。

  那我们的捐款到底能不能到灾区那里呢？会不会被拿去用在其他地方了？
