The key to this position is to help build the Co.  I'm afraid (and so are my staff) that if something happens to me, the Co. is done.   I want to take the Co. to the next level and hire a manager that can get it to the position that the Company can continue on without me.    I really want to do this for the sake of my excellent Staff.
This position needs a person that is
    --Very Focused.
    --Great Detail
    --Great with Staff
    --Can Think Outside the Box?????    Not afraid to be different.
My present three staff here are all excellent in their field

    --Lou---Legal Immigration Consultant
Wages----Will pay whats needed!!!!!!   
Travel---Very Little as I will be doing that.   I need this person in the office on a regular basis.
