只要你有房东的地址，请做一个title search， should be at any registry office. There is a small fee of 10 or $20, I am not sure.

sue the management company who is acting as an agency on behalf of the owner if he owns the whole building. 上了法庭他们自然会提供信息了。向他这样的人不会直接和tenant打交道的。

if it is a condo, the owner should be a condominium board, no individual name appears on the title.
