) }9 f& c- ?  ?9 E  c. Y2 Y! Y' y) wContext: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
4 U9 Z" [; F2 r  T0 k9 pHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
4 f% O' L" g+ P" q8 t5 F9 H- o5 k0 M
Duties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

! b6 v# x5 S0 A% g) W+ D% DDuties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

2 ^" s! A& j& u" M* H$ r0 s8 [(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time
Where: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
$ A% p# U) a6 R5 @- T. O$ DHours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

# _. K5 z5 M8 E' W9 yDuties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
