* E* l; a! ?$ H; hContext: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

& D8 \5 R$ e, n# o. N$ c(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.

4 e2 w/ m3 W* |9 O) X. nDuties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
: H7 T" q8 `& B4 H+ B. {Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

7 ?* ^# m& H% [7 v5 ^, oDuties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

Where: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
  R, l6 E, P' x0 JHours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

1 k5 }$ _% B! ~% w3 [% u) gDuties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
