本科，向NAIT递交了申请，想转些学分。请问：转学分，对申请人的毕业年限有没有要求？

1 W. M/ |% K2 N0 {- a7 O我申请了NAIT的Electrical Engineering Technology program， Fall 2005.

因为我本人在国内就是学electrical Engineering，本科。
+ x" W$ V2 G2 [3 s: D  V有些基础和专业课程原来大学是学过的，所以考虑想申请转一些学分，早点毕业。

1 v) d% J) m9 I- {/ c0 P! S请问NAIT转学分有没有毕业年限的要求？

( r5 y5 ~' q' ~; q6 ~- m3 B6 ^我大学毕业已经有13年了，还能转学分吗？
