property line issues

My neighbor hired a contractor to build the fence months ago. By measuring my backyard and comparing the property report, I discovered that the fence they built cut my back yard about 1 foot (30 cm). The fence has already been built and it will cost them arms and legs to move them. How do I solve issues like this? Could anyone who has similar experiences shed some lights please?

Second, Congratuations, you can get some money from their encroachment, maybe a few thousand

I think about it again, Maybe you are wrong, only 30 cm,maybe no encroachment
