这个也看不懂？BALANCE AT CLOSING指你要付的余款，在你拿钥匙的前几天付给律师。

2. if you like the house, you can give the seller a offer.

% c8 L/ u6 i/ [9 G1 V4. If they agree with your offer, you will have to go to lawyer's office to get a conditional offer. (if you are using comefree to buy house they have lawyers to help you with a discount rate $545+gst),

( C2 J: _5 j4 ?5 ?$ d# B8 o" Q5.Once seller and buyer sign the conditional offer.You will have to put down deposit to the seller. Usually it is minum from $ 1000 to as much as you want. Any deposit you put down is also part of your mortgage. (usually the buyers will have one week to work
