Driver killed in early morning Edmonton crash

2 r* b. P2 Y; ]6 S3 G. p; C4 J' WEDMONTON - One man is dead and another is in hospital after a pickup truck rolled in northeast Edmonton this morning.
7 V M* \$ _3 q* g# o3 kPolice said they attempted to stop a truck after it stunted, spinning its tires in front of a cruiser, at 139th Avenue and Victoria Trail shortly before 2 a.m.
% W' h# z3 t, e, ~Officers lost sight of the truck, but caught up to it about a minute later. It had hit a curb and rolled at 139th Avenue and 23rd Street. The driver was ejected and was killed.
3 j# r1 T8 t% H) k; g* I! \, lThe male passenger suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries. Speed and alcohol are being blamed for the crash.
