• accountable for T.A.N.G. (Towards A Non-Violent Generation) youth program
9 f- `9 r t) o9 f• writing final reports and assisting in grant proposals for future youth programs
' p* r7 m4 I/ X8 Z' H# |• supervising and recruiting volunteers for youth program( X5 x4 k3 |+ M) \) E
• coordinate, develop and manage a summer youth program
8 W0 A- R6 R" @3 E7 y _' u• liaison and working with community and community services providers to further develop youth and girls/women program# ^; ^$ l8 T0 t; ?) c
• train in areas of management, organization and fundraising
( `" W/ y( `- N& y: ^) L' C• accountable for evaluation of all activities based on logic model
" W, l- n0 O1 R• demonstrate team spirit in achieving visions and objectives of the Centre

• assist with other activities/programs at the Centre

• be energetic, enthusiastic and most importantly, sense of humor3 ^, ~1 X, y& [5 Y

• degree/diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or any other post secondary education with related work experience
) F- c/ A: P1 [& G+ i/ p- L- J• good oral and written English, second Asian language an asset
8 ]) V1 p7 r2 _& Z/ H0 R• experience in community work, supervising and managing youths, volunteers, immigrant related issues, experience or knowledge of crime prevention issues an asset
- ^8 F- `( K. d• leadership skills, well organized, able to multi-task, good social skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills* D. f+ w8 ^3 o
• willingness to learn : O# k4 T) ]) I0 l" \: `" h
