We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

Duties:
' N5 R$ N( f$ G1 t8 i2 i5 ^•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
4 s$ Q) p# P" w+ ~' m% n•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

' G9 `. f$ t0 @: ?: M( V5 [* `8 ]Requirements:
- Q! C% N, T. ]" `0 s5 A) \9 N•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
* W& \$ W# ~. K•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
+ h8 \' {7 G5 D) G/ v( I7 V•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
( E! u% [" i0 F$ F% q•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
$ C# W- q2 |& w8 b' _( {•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
1 G% `( g2 S' X9 ?•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
