* s8 }* g  g1 O/ x9 e# B We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

! b( S' A/ P2 L6 dDuties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
* h, L! h( K3 X$ F; a, Q! M•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
, a/ H$ ]  K# D5 m/ `- e' \•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
: P# @) P+ q, c# d' a5 C•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
8 {9 Z) w! [" b, M3 a2 d•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
7 N2 v: D. R: W8 M0 i/ P' r3 c•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
