We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  
! b) R- g& y0 B% a5 v
/ z& }: P% N0 C/ A) PDuties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
$ I  S; N& U, T' A•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
. r2 m# e* O) g, }" d( p* x9 T•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
6 p1 ]1 A& l0 R  ~- d1 Q•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
