Our harm reduction program is creative arts based & involves long term support and relationship building with youth. We work closely with other community organizations + employ a vibrant mix of social service experts and professional artists. We are a small (nine staff), dedicated team.

We are looking for an organized/energetic individual who will lead the iHuman staff in team/leadership building. Who will be able to coach staff in creating effective programming as well as passionately interpret the iHuman "story" to funders and community agencies.) J3 |" f# d3 B( W9 A4 j4 ]4 P/ V

Your skills, as well as being a guide and interpreter, must include the ability to work within a team, create/oversee annual budgets, initiate and develop relationships with funders, write grants and work directly with the Board of Directors in policy and implementation development., Z8 M D' Z.
