Car maintenance questions

1 e3 X" Q: j: V1 u. ~7 y5 k% tI have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:
3 {: U  d# l: e  O, ^/ ~
1. Transmission flush 219.95
2. Power steering flush         99.95        
3. Brake flush         99.95
4. Coolant flush 139.95
- V+ {$ H) r2 \8 ]: @9 s, j0 w" Y5. Major Emission service        174.95
& Z7 E; C1 X. y% M) o% E- ^6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88

3 M9 O+ b6 t$ P# h" a+ tDo I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

* {6 M0 L9 Y& Q. pThat's why the vehecle resale value in north america is so poor, lots of people just dont maintain their cars and still complaint their cars are carppy. But, that's a good thing for car dealers and techs like me. I can earn more money

至于LEASE结束，直接送给车行就完事了。

我付的钱，是LEASE期内使用车的价值，严格按照手册保养。
