The rent is $315, including water, heat. The building also provides swimming pool ,sauna, exercise room. Shaw cable(internet and TV)  telephone, and power will be shared.% R9 Z2 N8 k" y3 s6 q4 S
Also deposit is required by building management, and it is refundable when you leave.
