最近一段时间，因为体育馆场地负责人黄先生回国，体育馆活动出现了令人难堪的

则取消以后活动的权利。活动人员主要有三方面的问题：一，晚九点半仍不离开体! k9 E4 U2 u, a9 H# @ z
育馆，并要求活动到十点半；二，对管理人员不尊重，说脏话；三，有些人员出了. q& E0 V! S3 X4 }
体育馆活动区进入学校其它区域。& ~# E, S7 [% T

我们针对校方提出的问题，提出几点明确要求：晚九点十五分停止所有场内活动，
! T0 m3 x/ A& C7 G z( r九点三十分全部人员离开体育馆，不准遗留垃圾和杂物；对管理人员完全尊重，并& @- W1 V( q6 r+ T4 z' q" W
协助其做好清场和清洁工作；进出体育馆时不能穿越学校其它区域，应走规定的路
0 E% L* ~# G M; z" u线(离体育馆最近的东门或北门)。休息期间绝对不要在校内到处闲逛。还有一点很

1. Several members of your group are refusing to leave at the end of the

2. In the short time your group has been using the gym, several group members; Z' I( Y+ G \+ Q% _, U$ u" d
have been very disrespectful to our custodial staff (foul language, gestures,
, n5 s2 U: x3 U* ~/ y) B( A* Setc.). I would greatly appreciate if you spoke to your group and ensure
' d. q( O& v, o# |this does not happen again. No staff member has to put up with this kind
l4 @6 A: w& P3 jof treatment from a group using premises free of charge.
' i: V8 P, g- O8 z( X3. It is IMPERATIVE that you emphasize to your group members that they are, r0 M1 |+ V0 Z: j: N( V) D+ b
NOT to be wandering around this building. They are trespassing in areas0 O* W& h7 ~5 B' m9 T4 V5 H
that are not related to the gym booking at all. Although we are making every' O) f" P3 o% l6 a3 X9 \% B
endeavour to get the passageway doors locked prior to your arrival, the2 x% K( K2 v; G# |
work load of the custodial staff sometimes prevents this from happening2 x4 B: h6 Y' |* f) T2 D }
in the correct timeline. Please remind everyone that they are guests in0 t8 E+ t; Y. j Y$ \) D' k# O
our building but are expected to remain in the gymnasium area only.
