A bedroom on the second floor of a house will be available from now on. The location is 11583-80th ave, which is within 15 min's walk to UoA. It is convenient to campus and main route of 114 street
The rent is $350, including all the unitilities, power, water and heat. Very quite, nice and spacious. Also, there are nice kitchen and big living room shared with other two female Canadian students.

Hi, Everyone,

There is a sapcious, clean and bright living room in 8510-111Street (garneau towers) for rent starting April 30th.
It is hard-wooded floor with a big, clean kitchen. Untilities are included, and you can share high speed internet and cable with a nice and easy going female. You can take advantage of the backyard (BBQs).
THE rent is $310/mths.
Also, It is close to safeway and whyte Ave (which located in U of A area). Nice and safe evironment. You can easily access to LRT and Bus Station. It is a good place to live in. (Females only)

directly to U of A)and on the second floor,the other bedroom is
occupied by a UA student couple.
