We select only the top candidates and those with exceptional skills have the opportunity to advance as store managers and to work in a variety of locations throughout Canada.

1) Highly motivated and self-directed learners
2) Able to interact well with staff and work in teams
3) Excellent with mathematics
9 v* ?5 s; v( [4) Proficient in computers.
/ _7 b- F* [+ S9 a( m5) Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Criteria for selection for Assistant Front Store Managers (Wage $18+):

1) Highly motivated and self-directed learners

4 w, b6 c" X& H0 O3) Able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

5) Able to assign tasks and lead work groups.

7) Work well with other staff and in teams.

ALL CANDIDATES START AS CASHIER/MERCHANDISER AT $10 AN HOUR. WE REVIEW CANDIDATE'S PROGRESS WITHIN 30 DAYS.

All candidates must undergo 90-day probationary period in which they are subject to periodic review of their performance/progress.
