我只有7号牌,没有5号牌,没有办法开车.

first, i suggest to take driver training.

, `0 b: D% e8 r! p+ y9 bhave good car control skills. then whenever
  e/ z  b3 c2 C8 P" r  w  n+ h( ]you get a chance, ask(or beg)your friend or family
to let you drive. but make sure whoever
' h  n2 Q, Y! k; V& P7 F( o9 o6 F6 Msitting beside must have a non-gdl license.

hopefully, by the time you are ready (after 1 year) for
the road test. you should have accumulated over 400 hours
# N; |  D- v! I  yof driving time on you belt. passing that simple road test
; d9 [$ y! f4 c2 t0 {" E9 Ishould be a piece of cake.

好像7号牌可以开车吧，只要你找个5号牌（非GDL）的人坐在你身边~~~~

是可以， 但是出了事故， 这位5号高级牌的兄弟保险要涨很多

没办法,只能多等上1年,慢慢熬吧,日子过得很快的

不差这一年，很快就过去。有7号牌可以到驾校学车了。
